Welcome to Orchard End Holistics

Welcome to Orchard End Holistics! My name is Cheryl Johnson, and I provide friendly, bespoke clinical reflexology in Polesworth, Tamworth, with 25 years of experience in the field of complementary holistic therapies.

Working from my beautiful, secluded home studio, I provide the space you need to unwind and wash away the stresses of everyday life, as well as offering mobile visits. Whether you need relief from a particular chronic condition (migraines, arthritis, etc.) or just want some precious ‘me time’, I always adapt my service to suit your needs, leaving you feeling lighter on your feet, more grounded, and happier overall.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a natural holistic therapy, that uses a sophisticated system of touch, that is based on the fact that all systems of the body – organs, muscles, etc. – have corresponding reflex points on the feet, hands, face, and ears. I will gently apply pressure to these reflex points to let energy flow through the different body systems and boost circulation. This gentle pressure to the reflex areas helps to bring about a state of deep relaxation and stimulate the body's own inate healing process. It aims to bring the body back into balance naturally.

Along with working as a reflexologist in Polesworth, Tamworth, I am also a Reiki master practitioner trained in the Usui method of reiki. It is an eastern form of non-invasive therapy that soothes the body, emotions, mind and spirit in a holistic way, creating a deep sense of inner peace and calm. It is particularly nurturing and comforting during periods of intense stress and anxiety.

Visit my Typical Session page for a full run-through of what happens when you see me for reflexology in Polesworth, Tamworth.

Initial Session

Ahead of your first reflexology session, you will need to fill out a short questionnaire so I can get an idea of your medical history, current medications, diet, and wider lifestyle. We will also talk about why you have come to reflexology, and what you wish to get out of our time together. Are you simply here to destress? Do you want help with menopausal symptoms? This process takes around 15 minutes and allows me to provide reflexology that is personalised to you. We will then begin treatment, using hot flannels and soothing balms to give you the most relaxing possible experience.

My focus has always been to take a holistic approach to helping people feel more relaxed and experience less pain, which is why I am now fully dedicated to being a friendly, bespoke reflexologist in Polesworth, Tamworth.
