Foot Reflexology
Our feet carry us through each day yet they often receive the least attention and care. Hand Reflexology
Hand reflexology is just as effective as foot reflexology and better suited to clients with particularly sensitive feet, foot infections, deformities, mobility issues, or for hospital visits where accessing the feet may be a problem. Working the reflex points on your hands boosts the health of the systems all around the body, and you can do it at home as well! I will give you some techniques that you can do as part of your aftercare in between treatments.
Crystal massage can be added to hand reflexology to offer a unique and deeply relaxing experience.
Palliative
Provided alongside conventional medicine, reflexology can have valuable benefits for those receiving palliative care. Many people have found it to be a vital accompaniment to cancer treatment due to the way it reduces the severity of certain symptoms, along with helping them relax, feel more energised, and giving them an overall feeling of added emotional and physical support.
Fertility
Around one in six couples experience problems trying to conceive, and this can be an extremely difficult time. I am here to help you, providing reflexology dedicated to boosting fertility. The treatment does not, of course, cure fertility, but it does help to balance hormones that are crucial for the optimal functioning of the reproductive system. I have specialist experience in this area having undergone in-depth training in Enhancing Fertility and Maternity Reflexology with David Wayte, a Member of the Royal Society of Medicine with years of experience in this area.

These processes are completely natural, but sometimes women can develop hormonally related problems like painful/heavy periods, pre-menstrual syndrome, endometriosis, or Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Crystal Reflexology
Combines the benefits of standard foot reflexology with the healing power of crystals. The treatment starts with the cleansing of the chakras using specially chosen crystals to help heal the mind, body and spirit. When crystals are combined with reflexology the whole treatment is enhanced considerably and is particularly good if you find it hard to switch off and relax. This is a slightly longer treatment which can bring about a whole deeper experience to you.
Reiki
Usui Reiki is a natural healing treatment that has been recognised by Eastern medicine for many years. Based on the belief that energy flows through all living things, it is a non-invasive, gentle complementary form of healthcare that treats the person as a whole – bringing body, emotions, mind, and spirit into unison and creating immense feelings of peace and security. To receive a Reiki treatment you can be fully clothed and sit in a comfortable chair or lay down on a treatment table, whichever you feel more comfortable with.
Crystal massage can be added to a reiki session. The calming energy of reiki and the healing energy of crystals work together beautifully to restore balance and promote overall wellness.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
I am delighted to offer the multi-award winning RLD treatment which focuses on stimultaing the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim of this specialist treatment is to help remove fluid from the affected limbs, increase mobility and let you feel like yourself again. It is a unique sequence researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons) through clinical practice in Cancer Care to relieve the physical and emotional symptoms of Lymphoedema. RLD is an evidence based protocol and the healing benefits of this treament can also help with the following conditions:-arthritis, eczema, asthma, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, sinus problems, migraines, headaches, PMS, muscular tension and aches and pains.
NEPIP

Having completed a Level 5 Mastership course, I am qualified to provide NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody (NEPIP) – an amazing treatment at the cutting edge of reflexology that focuses exclusively on treating stress and anxiety.
